**Quality Manager **(w/m/d)**:
**Dein Selbstanspruch ist das Streben nach Perfektion und das bereits Erreichte wird konsequent in Frage gestellt.**
Beobachter von außen sehen mehr - dabei analysierst du die Reklamationen vom Markt als auch von der Montage und bist im Aus-tausch mit anderen Abteilungen zu möglichen Fehlern. Du erkennst die Potentiale zur Qualitätssteigerung, setzt diese mit Verbesse-rungsprojekten um. Dazu werden die Projekte von dir als Projektleiter mittels 8D-Methodik abgearbeitet. Du treibst die Qualitätsprojek-te voran, wichtig ist dir dabei die Einbeziehung aller relevanten Personen im Unternehmen als auch bei Lieferanten. Um präventiv Fehler zu vermeiden, bist du bei der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten und Prozessen als FMEA-Moderator für die Erstellung der FMEA's verantwortlich. Du bist im ständigen Kontakt mit anderen Standorten, um sich über Fehler und Verbesserungen auszutau-schen. Du stehst für eine transparente Fehlerkultur, jeder Fehler ist eine Motivation zur Verbesserung.
**Dein Ziel ist es die Qualität unserer Produkte Schritt für Schritt zu verbessern.**
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung: z.B. Lehre mit Berufserfahrung, HTL, FH, Uni, etc.
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Entwicklung sammeln.
- Du bist Spezialist in den MS-Office Programmen (speziell Excel) und hast Erfahrung in SAP, wäre von Vorteil.
- Du hast bereits Ausbildungen im Bereich Qualität, Kaizen, Projektmanagement, Reporting abgeschlossen, wäre von Vorteil
- Deine Englischkenntnisse können sich hören und sehen lassen.
- Du gehst strukturiert an deine täglichen Aufgaben heran.
