- Diese Position ist perfekt für Sie, wenn Sie aus einem Bereich kommen, welcher stätigen Kundenservice an den Tag legt. Zum Beispiel wäre das der Customer Service Bereich, Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel, usw.
- Im besten Fall konnten Sie schon Erfahrung machen im Beschwerdemanagement und bringen hierfür eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Resistenz mit.
- Darüber hinaus sind Ihre Offenheit und Freundlichkeit in dieser Position gefragt und ein MUSS.
- Zu guter Letzt ist ein verhandlungssicheres Englisch eine Anforderung für diese Position.
Für diese spannende Position wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 2.500,00 (Basis 40 Stunden/Woche) geboten. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung orientiert sich nach dem Markt und Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
Um Ihre Ausstattung (Firmenhandy, Laptop, etc.) kümmert sich das Unternehmen und stellt Ihnen alles notwendige zur Verfügung.
Dazu haben Sie die Möglichkeit nach der Einschulung zum Teil im Homeoffice arbeiten zu können.
