Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung unseres Planungsteams Motion & Controls und sorgen für einen reibungslosen und effektiven Ablauf bei der Planung und Terminierung von Produktionsaktivitäten. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören die Anleitung und Unterstützung des Teams um eine leistungsstarke Abteilung zu gewährleisten. Des Weiteren spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen im Produktionsplanungsprozess und sorgen dafür, dass die Ressourcen effizient genutzt und die Produktionsziele unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards erreicht werden.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Fachliche Verantwortung für die Operative Produktionsplanung des Teams Motion & Controls
- Umwandlung des Bedarfs in einen ausführbaren Produktionsplan.
- Verfügbarkeitsprüfung aller fertigungsrelevanten Informationen.
- Dispositive Einsteuerung von (Revisions-)Änderungen
- Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit allen Entscheidungsträgern in den Produktionsbereichen
- Priorisierung von geplanten Produktionsaufträgen bei im Rahmen des Zuständigkeitsbereiches

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams
- Sehr gute SAP-Erfahrung & MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierung und Hands-On Mentalität
