Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Equipment Engineering bei der täglichen Arbeit
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Dokumentenerstellung, Ablage und Nachpflege von Formularen, wie Werkzeugdokumentationen, nach Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements
- Umsetzung von Bestellungen via SAP in Fertigungsaufträge einschließlich Nachverfolgung dieser
- Unterstützung beim Lieferantenmanagement
- Schnittstellentätigkeit zu Produktion und Entwicklung

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Laufendes Studium vorzugsweise im Bereich Biomedical Engineering, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder IT
- Studienfortschritt bereits am Ende des Bachelor
- bzw. Anfang des Masterstudiums
- Nachweisbare Arbeitserfahrung im Rahmen von anspruchsvollen Praktika und Projekten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office Kenntnisse sowie erster Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert
- Nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Excel Makros Programmierung von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und proaktive Persönlichkeit
