- Participate in customer docking, gain insights into customer needs and share with the project team.- Participate in project stakeholder engagement and assist in maintaining departmental relationships and related work;- Intensive participation in the creation of project execution plans, regular analysis of deviations and formulation of measures;- Regularly study relevant technical standards and construction techniques on site and review process documents.- Assist in the preparation of project quantity statistics and project billing summaries;- Participate in project preparation, completion acceptance and project risk control;- Organize regular internal training to grow with the project team.
- Responsible for the connection between the project team's administrative work and the headquarters platform;
**Qualifications**:
- European Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in science and engineering majors such as communication, civil engineering, etc.- Possess a European/Austrian local driving license- Use German as the language of work communication and English and Chinese as bonus points.- Have a legal residence and be able to accept business trips and dispatch assignments.- Preference will be given to people from the Vienna 5 area.
