We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, Capex to lead and manage engineering operations within our organization.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project planning, risk management, and budget allocation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee contractor and supplier selection, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster a collaborative project environment, guiding teams and promoting skill development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large capex projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
  • Apply advanced risk management techniques to identify and mitigate potential project disruptions.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely information exchange.
Requirements
  • Education in Engineering.
  • Several years of experience managing capex projects.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good execution skills and structured ways of working.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
