As a Data Intern knowledgeable in food, you'll get hands-on experience at one of Europe's most promising impact start-ups. Join us for a 6-month full-time role (38.5 hours per week) at our headquarters in Vienna or work remotely from Austria.

This role is a sponsored Femtech internship (by FFG) offering a gross salary of 1400€ for full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data entry of external food product information into our database
  • Manage product databases including classification, label research, and data completeness
  • Research the connection between agricultural raw materials and food processing technologies
  • Work with live data to enhance data quality
  • Assist in improving the accuracy of LCA calculations

You're a great fit if:

  • You are a science or technology student (2nd+ semester), preferably studying food production
  • Currently enrolled as a student in Austria
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enjoy working with data
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of German as a bonus

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with LCAs and coding in SQL or similar
  • Familiarity with scientific language and the ability to simplify complex research for others
