Retail Fraud Manager (M/F/d)

Location:
Headquarters in Vienna | Employment type: full-time

Your tasks:

  • Ensure fraud investigation, review, lessons learned
  • Ensure the operational routine: flagging, reporting
  • Conducting case management activities
  • Monitor intraday fraudulent behavior (early warning signals like cluster and KPIs) and quickly stop the
criminal activity

  • Design, build and manage the black list
  • Interact with the local fraud community and responsible authorities
  • Participating in designing, implementing and improving the credit card transaction monitoring process,
  • Contributing in designing, implementing and improving the bank's business process (origination,
transaction e.g.)

  • Supporting assurance activities that state of the art models and tools are implemented (e.g. behavioral
models - buy or build in-house decision; address verification; usage of big data)

Personal and professional competencies:

  • 3+ years professional experience in leading a fraud function ideally in a retail credit card business (dig
- ital banking, e-commerce), understanding retail financial products

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing an Anti-Fraud framework
  • Resolute and decisive ensuring a short identification and execution loop
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate analytical into business language
  • Fast and reliable operation
  • Highly analytical
  • Connected in the Austrian and/or German fraud communities
  • Experienced in interfacing with responsible authorities
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are

met:
EUR 3.110,77 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
