Cancer patients are treated with an innovative form of radiation therapy with protons and carbon ions. In addition to cancer treatment the facility is also used for translational research.
Our Medical Physics team is responsible for acceptance and medical commissioning of all medical devices related to ion beam therapy.

Medical Physicist (f/m/x):
Full-time (40 hours):
Challenges you conquer**:
- Shift work activities with a focus on Dosimetry and QA activities
- Project contribution and coordination within Medical Physics
- Data analysis and reporting
- Presentation to the management & external
- Supporting the implementation of new technologies for the clinics
A background that impresses:
- Academic studies (Master degree or PhD) in Medical Physics, Physics or similar
- Ideally 1 or more years of clinical experience in Medical Physics
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Very good English skills and at least basic German knowledge
- Handson mentality, flexibility and team spirit
- Good presentation and communication skills in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment

For the advertised position we offer a gross annual salary from € 64.107,54 (on a full-time basis) with the possibility of overpayment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
