**Über die Rolle**

Der **Process Specialist** übernimmt die Detailplanung von Produktionsabläufen auf einer zeitlichen Skala von Tagen bis wenige Wochen (Shopfloor-Planer). Er stellt ein Interface zum Material Planner, Logistik (Warehouse), Tactical Planner, Engineering, QA/QC und Finanz dar.
This role will work directly with the Manufacturing Systems team and reports to the Manufacturing Systems Lead.
**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:
Ihre Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

- Bereichsübergreifende Koordinierung und Planung aller Aktivitäten, die für eine reibungslose Produktion nötig sind.
- Feinplanung von Upstream
- oder Downstream-Prozessen, Planung der Puffer-, Medien
- oder Stocklösungsbereitungen.
- Koordinierung der Equipment-Wartungen in der Anlage in Abstimmung mit Engineering und den laufenden Prozessen.
- Koordinierung und Probenankündigung in die IPC QC (In-Process-Controls) sowie die Vorbereitung des CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) Monitorings.
- Regelmäßige Absprachen mit Tactical Planer, Material Planer, Logistik (Warehouse) und den SAP-Planer, um eventuelle Engpässe der Ressourcen zu identifizieren.
- Kontaktaufnahme mit der Produktion, um die Ursache der Unstimmigkeit herauszufinden und gegebenenfalls die BOM (Bill Of Materials - "Stückliste") anzupassen.

**Rollenanforderungen**

**Was Sie für die Position mitbringen**:

- Ausbildung bevorzugt: fachlich relevanter Lehrabschluss in Kombination mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

**Zusatzqualifikationen**:

- Vorerfahrung im Bereich der Produktionsplanung wünschenswert (bevorzugt in einer biopharmazeutischen Produktionseinheit).
- Abgeschlossene Matura (HAK, HTL).
- Erfahrung in Software-Anwendungen SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint wünschenswert.
- English fließend in Wort und Schrift.
