- You will be the main contact person for the Voice department across the company.
- Handling administration and design of the UC environment will be part of your responsibilities.
- You enjoy working on IT projects.
- You will be accountable for managing changes and incidents in the UC environment, including the call center.
- You will administer our call center along with the related switching solution.
- You will support the network team and take care of various documentations.
- You hold a degree with a focus on IT (at least apprenticeship level) and have 3-5 years of experience in the IT Voice sector.
- You have acquired good knowledge and experience in the IT field.
- Experience with Voxtron or other call center solutions is advantageous.
- You may have previous experience with Microsoft Teams as a calling solution.
- Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs), especially AudioCodes, is beneficial.
- We expect excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You enjoy working in a team.
