Job Description
  • Through your design and optimizations, you ensure that our IT solutions can be utilized internationally in the long term
  • You will oversee the entire development process, from modeling the necessary components to programming and customizing the software solutions
  • You are responsible for implementing QA standards and guidelines
  • Drive accountability with team leads and their teams to achieve quality performance goals and ensure program standards are maintained on a week-over-week basis
  • Support the product teams with QA, testing, and test automation
  • Evaluate new tools and methods
  • Share your knowledge with colleagues through technical documentation
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g. Java)
  • Experience with test tools and frameworks (e.g. SpringBoot tests, Pactflow, Postman, Cypress, Rest interfaces, Jasmine, BrowserStack)
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Experience with agile development methods
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, and precise way of working
  • Capable of finding solutions independently
