Als Mitglied des globalen Core Technologies Teams haben Sie die Chance, neue Technologien des elektrischen Antriebsstrangs zu entwickeln und aufzubauen.

Unser Kunde ist weltweit führender Zulieferer für die Automobilindustrie mit umfangreicher Kompetenz in Design, Entwicklung, Erprobung und Herstellung im Bereich Antriebsstrangkomponenten
- und systeme.

**Was werde ich hier machen?**:

- Technischer Lead der Core Technology Plattform Programme (CTP)
- Ausrichtung & Weiterentwicklung der CT an den globalen Markterwartungen und globale Abstimmung der Schlüsselfunktionen über alle Funktionen hinweg
- Laterale Führung des funktionsübergreifenden Simultaneous-Engineering-Teams
- Sicherstellung der Rentabilität und der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Plattform Business-Cases
- Laufende globale Abstimmungen mit anderen relevanten Core Technologies & Building Blocks um eine einwandfreie Funktionalität und einen reibungslosen Launch des Systems sicherzustellen
- Sicherstellung, dass die Core Technology den Anforderungen der Kunden-Roadmap entspricht und eine Best-Fit-Lösung für das Produktportfolio darstellt
- Schnittstelle zu den globalen funktionsübergreifenden Entwicklungsteams

**Was sollte ich mitbringen?**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/TU/FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau o.Ä.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Leistungshalbleiter oder in der Automobilindustrie mit einem Bezug zu Antriebssträngen und Elektrifizierungs-Projekten
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der lateralen Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams sowie in der globalen Zusammenarbeit als Gesamtprojektleiter
- Gute Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft, Produktions
- und Vertragswesen
- Sozial
- und interkulturell kompetente Persönlichkeit mit strategischer und visionärer Denkweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

- Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 4.200;
