- Leitung der Hotel Buchhaltung
- Berichterstattung an den Cluster Director of Finance
- Leidenschaftliches Erstellen von Berichten, Statistiken und Analysen
- Vorbereiten des Monats
- sowie Jahresabschlusses
- Koordinieren des Budgets und Forecastprozesses
- Überblick der Buchhaltung mit seinen Kreditoren und Debitoren
- Überprüfen sowie Freigeben von Rechnungen
- Das Risiko immer im Blick haben, sowie die Erstellung der Risikomeldung und dazu gehöriges Reporting
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Financial Shared Services Center
- Geschicktes Anleiten und Motivieren des Teams

Qualifikationen

Das bringst Du mit
- Ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Talentierte und inspirierende Führungskraft
- Ausgesprägte Kenntnisse bei der Nutzung von MS Office und Opera PMS
- Absolute Diskretion und Loyalität
- perfekte Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
