DM Aircraft Maintenance are the dedicated engineering maintenance provider based in Vienna, Austria providing comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda Europe A320 and Ryanair B737 fleet of aircraft.

This is a permanent role.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for coordinating the Training Courses for VIE Engineering personnel.
  • Responsibility for managing and maintaining the VIE Engineering Roster for planned / unplanned shift changes.
  • Manage and maintain a Training Tracker for the scheduling of Training Courses that aligns with the Engineering Roster.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure staffing levels are maintained to accommodate planned Training on the Roster.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all flights, accommodation and transport are booked in a timely manner.
  • To regularly review the data entry on the roster for accuracy.
  • To ensure all departments are made aware of any changes to the roster in a timely manner.
  • To ensure all legal procedures and legislation relating to rostered hours is understood and adhered to.
  • To assist with other administrative duties / tasks as requested by your Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in aviation or engineering.
  • The ability to work on own initiative with a sound, mature sense of judgement.
  • Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Be an effective communicator with proven computer skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Must have a flexible approach to working in a fastpaced changing environment.
