We are looking for a Executive & Team Assistant to join us on this exciting journey and support our amazing Sales team

Your mission

As our Executive & Team Assistant at Prewave, you will...

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our executives, ensuring efficient use of their time
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Assist with organization of various events
  • Facilitate team meetings and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our executives
Your profileMust haves
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workplace Suites and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Valid work permit for Austria
  • Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
Bonus points for
  • German or French language
  • Experience in the SaaS, supply chain or similar industry
What we offer you
  • An extensive compensation package
    According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,396 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
