Our products make the differenceElectrification of cars is a major contribution to hamper global warming and contribute to #decarbonization of our mobility.
We develop and manufacture the essential high voltage power electronic products to drive cars and "fuel" other high-voltage systems in electric cars.
Joining the IGP will give you the big picture of Infineon: Over the course of 18 months, you have at least three different assignments - one of them abroad.
Besides that, you have the opportunity to build technical skills (learn from our global expert network), establish strong global relationships across sites, functions and departments, and to meet the global IGP community face to face and at virtual conferences.
And if that isn't enough, you'll have permanent employee status from the start.Within the different assignments, projects and classroom trainings you will build many of the strengths we rely on from leaders in our organizations.
For sure, from the beginning, you will work in a great global team.Your program consists of the following elements:
International assignment of- 8 months either
in Asia or
the United States to work with our regional Sales, Marketing and Application engineering teams.
You will have your first customer engagements.
You will support customers to evaluate and design our products and
collect feedback which will influences the definition of our future products.

Help to solve technical problems from the custome rs **with the support of our internal expert network.

Be part of a
global interdisciplinary expert team consisting of technical marketing, product development, quality, finance, sales and regional marketing.
You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics and always try to get new insights and ideas.
You question existing assumptions, put the customer at the heart of your actions and love change - which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry.
You are pragmatic and analytic, because we need both at Infineon. Standing still is not your thing.You find inspiration in working with different kinds of people, collaborating with your colleagues beyond borders on the big picture.
Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications:
- degree in
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or
Industrial Engineering with appropriate
technical know-how in power semiconductors:
first working experience abroad:
methodological and analytical mindset and the ability to
understand, summarize and present complex technical topics:
affinity for technology and
willingness to travel to customers
- fluent in
English with
good communication and presentation skills .
German as a plus
