**Aufgabe**:
Als MitarbeiterIn technische Dokumentation sind sie für die Bereitstellung und Lieferung der technischen Dokumentation an unsere Kunden verantwortlich.

Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, das Team "Tools & Documentation" im folgenden **Aufgabenbereich** zu unterstützen. Sie sind dabei verantwortlich für:

- Prüfung von angelieferten Dokumenten und Dokumentationsartefakten auf Vollständigkeit
- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Dokumentationslieferprozesse
- Sprachliche Qualitätssicherung und Wartung der Texte für die Programmoberfläche
- Schnittstellenaufgaben zwischen Dokumentationsteam und Fachbereich (z.B. Programmierer, Software-Analysten).

**Profil**:

- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Formulieren und bei der Qualitätssicherung von Texten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sprachen/Linguistik, z.B. Publizistik, Germanistik, Transkulturelle Kommunikation od. Ähnliches oder vergleichbare Arbeitserfahrung
- Umfassendes technisches Verständnis, Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsskills und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit Content Management-Systemen (z.B. Confluence) und/oder Ticketing-Systemen (z.B. Jira) von Vorteil

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 43.078,00;
- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung, sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
