**Deine Mission**
- Spiele eine wichtige Rolle bei der **Entwicklung von neuen Produkten**, Accessoires und Erlebnissen
- Lerne und unterstütze das Team während des gesamten Designprozesses
- Recherchiere und **identifiziere neue Möglichkeiten, um Inspirationen zu liefern** und das Projekt zu leiten
- Erstellen von Konzepten **von der Skizze bis zum Prototyp**:
- Arbeite über das Design hinaus zusammen mit Produktmanagern, Marketing, Ingenieuren und Strategen, **um zu unserem gesamten Produktdesignprozess beizutragen**

**Das sind wir**
Wir **entwickeln und produzieren Kinderfahrräder **für Kund*innen in mehr als 30 Ländern. Es ist unser Ziel, die besten Kinderfahrräder zu bauen und die Begeisterung für das Radfahren zu verbreiten. Wir sind ein **internationales, multikulturelles Team **mit mehr als 15 Nationalitäten. Unsere Arbeitswelt ist flexibel: in unserem coolen Büro sitzt du **mitten im Team** um den optimalen Austausch zu ermöglichen, hast aber auch genug **Rückzugsmöglichkeiten** um in Ruhe zu arbeiten sowie die Möglichkeit Homeoffice zu nutzen.
