Ihr Profil

Der Country Practice Lead ist für die Umsetzung der strategischen Pläne und des horizontalen Portfolios der Practice verantwortlich. Er/Sie arbeitet mit dem RBU Practice Head zusammen, um den Wert für die Kunden zu steigern und Innovationen voranzutreiben. Er/Sie ist für das Wachstum des Portfolios durch starke Service
- und Lösungsangebote verantwortlich und sorgt für Rentabilität während des Ausführungslebenszyklus der angebotenen Lösungen aus dem Portfolio und verantwortet dabei Marktkosten, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Servicequalität.

Horizontales Portfolio Management

Verantwortung für die Bewertung der Marktbedürfnisse der RBU/des Landes und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Practice-Managementteam zur Implementierung des Portfolios der Practice

Vorantreiben von GoToMarket-Angeboten/-Lösungen zusammen mit den Industrien, um eine höhere Gewinnrate bei Deals zu erzielen

Vorantreiben effektiver Implementierungsstrategien, die auf validen, kundenspezifischen Technologiewertversprechen basieren

Förderung des Allianz-Ökosystems in der Region mit Partnern

Solutions

Entwicklung einer starken Kompetenz und Beratungsebene für die Bereitstellung hochwertiger Lösungen im Pre-Sales
- und Projektzyklus

Engineering

Validierung und Positionierung neuer Lösungen aus der Practice

Förderung und Implementierung von Tools/Lösungen zur Produktivitätssteigerung und Förderung der Akzeptanz in der RBU

Fokus auf den Business Value des Kunden und auf eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, durch Aufbau der richtigen Branchenlösungen und Teams in der RBU

Delivery operations

Unterstützung der Gesamtlösung und -bereitstellung sowie Verantwortung für End-End
- Lösungen und -bereitstellung innerhalb der Practice unter Einhaltung der Eviden-Standards und Compliance-Anforderungen

Sicherstellung der Kostenoptimierung, Sicherstellung des Einsatzes eines geeigneten Onshore bzw. GCM-Mix für Projekte

Planung, Steuerung und Verwaltung der Personalplanung für eine effektive Auslastung und Steigerung der Produktivität

Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit durch Lieferung von Qualität aus der Practice

Market Positioning

Beitrag zu Kundenreferenzen und Analystenpositionierung in der Region

Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbar

10-15 Jahre Erfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Leitung diverser Teams/Multiple Programms

Erfahrung in Management von Organisationen in mehreren Ländern und Regionen

Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sind Grundvoraussetzungen
