**Unternehmensberater*in Gender & Diversity Management (Wien, NÖ, OÖ, Sbg)**:

- Mobiler Einsatz in Niederösterreich/Wien
- **ODER** Oberösterreich/Salzburg- Vollzeit/Teilzeit (ab 30 Wochenstunden), ab Herbst 2023**Deine Aufgaben**
**- Unternehmen aktiv ansprechen und für unsere öffentlich finanzierten Projekte gewinnen
- Individuelle Beratung von Unternehmen zu den Themen Gleichstellung, Frauenförderung,

Personalentwicklung und faire Gehaltsmodelle
- Durchführung von Karrierecoachings für Mitarbeiter*innen
- Netzwerktreffen und Veranstaltungen zu relevanten Themen besuchen und mitgestalten
- Beratungsangebot gemeinsam im Team designen, weiterentwickeln und so aktiv zu gelebtem Wissensmanagement beitragen

**Dein Profil**
**- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder im HR-Bereich
- Wissen über Personalentwicklung bzw. Weiterbildungsplanung
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Gender & Diversity von Vorteil
- Ausbildung Lebens
- und Sozialberatung oder Coachingausbildung wünschenswert
- Akquisitionsstärke - Freude daran Personen von etwas zu überzeugen
- Außerdem bist du Organisationstalent, welches gerne die Verantwortung für Aufgaben übernimmt
- Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken
- Führerschein B und entsprechende Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von NÖ/Wien **ODER **OÖ/Salzburg

Für diese Position gilt bei mindestens dreijähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ein Mindestgrundgehalt für 40 Wochenstunden von 2.904,57 €. Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen.
