**Strategy Manager - Area North America**:

Als Strategy Manager für Nordamerika sind Sie gemeinsam mit dem Regional Strategy Manager und dem Managing Director für Nord
- und Südamerika für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der langfristigen Wachstumsstrategie verantwortlich. Das Hauptziel ist das Wachstum des B&R Kundenstamms und das Erreichen der Verkaufsziele durch erfolgreiches Management und Überwachung der oben genannten Aktivitäten. In dieser Funktion stellen Sie sicher, dass die regionalen Ziele und Strategien mit der Gesamtstrategie der Region Americas synchronisiert und die Rentabilitätsziele erreicht werden.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Identifizierung der aktuellen Position von B&R in der Region und Ermittlung von Wachstumspotenzialen (einschließlich der Entwicklung neuer Vertriebskanäle)
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Branchenanalysen zur Entwicklung einer strategischen Roadmap und eines Marktfokus für die verschiedenen Länder in der Region in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen CMDs.
- Auswahl von Top-Zielkunden für das Vertriebsteam in Abstimmung mit den regionalen Teams
- Anleitung und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams beim Ausbau des Geschäfts und der Gewinnung von Top-Kunden
- Teilnahme, Koordinierung und Unterstützung von Großkunden
- oder Zielkundentreffen durch Sicherstellung einer perfekten Organisation
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Markteinführung neuer Produkte in Ihrer Region
- Erleichterung der Koordinierung und Verwaltung internationaler Kunden in der Hauptgeschäftsstelle
- Koordinierung engagierter Key Accounting Manager
- Sicherstellung des Erfolgs der Region bei der Erreichung ihres Rentabilitätsziels
- Übernahme von gezielten Missionen in anderen Ländern der Region Americas

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Betriebswirtschaft oder einer gleichwertigen Disziplin und 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Umfassende Erfahrung mit dem Verkauf und der Unterstützung von industriellen Automatisierungslösungen
- Erfahrung aus einem Unternehmen der industriellen Automation ist von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Definition, dem Verkauf und der Realisierung von Lösungen für die industrielle Automatisierung
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und gut unter Druck zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägter kaufmännischer Scharfsinn mit strategischer Denkweise
- Kundenorientierter Ansatz, intuitiv und reaktionsschnell
- Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, am besten international
- Sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, leistungsstarke Teams aufzubauen und zu motivieren
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Starker Botschafter für die kulturellen Werte innerhalb Ihrer Organisation
- Bereitschaft, bis zu 50 % zu reisen
