Als Strategy Manager Area sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der langfristigen Wachstumsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Strategy Manager und dem Regional Managing Director (RMD) für einen Teil der Region Central Europe (DACH). Das Hauptziel ist das Wachstum des B&R Kundenstamms, das Erreichen der Verkaufsziele und Überwachung der oben genannten Aktivitäten. In dieser Rolle stellen Sie sicher, dass die regionalen Ziele und Strategien mit der Gesamtstrategie synchronisiert und die Rentabilitätsziele erreicht werden.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Anleitung und Unterstützung der lokalen Vertriebsteams beim Ausbau des Geschäfts, bei der Gewinnung von Top-Kunden und bei der Betreuung bestehender Kunden (z. B. Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Kundenbesuchen, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen, Erstellung spezifischer Kalkulationen für preisrelevante Verhandlungen)
- Teilnahme, Koordination und Unterstützung von Großkunden
- oder Zielkundenevents und Sicherstellung einer guten Organisation
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung interner Anfragen aus dem Vertrieb und Koordination zwischen den beteiligten Unternehmensfunktionen; Bindeglied vom lokalen Vertrieb zur Zentrale
- Identifizierung der aktuellen Position von B&R im Gebiet und Identifizierung von Wachstumspotenzialen (einschließlich der Entwicklung neuer Vertriebskanäle), Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien im Gebiet in enger Abstimmung mit dem gesamten Strategieteam
- Unterstützung von Markt
- und Branchenanalysen zur Entwicklung einer strategischen Roadmap und Marktausrichtung für Ihr Gebiet und die Region, Unterstützung der regionalen Führung bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung der Strategie
- Überwachung des Produktfortschritts und der Produktentwicklung in den relevanten Branchen in der Zentrale, Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Einführung neuer Produkte in Ihrem Gebiet
- Erleichterung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit (z. B. in Bezug auf Kunden) und Koordinierung der zuständigen Key Accounting Manager
- Sicherstellung des Erfolgs der Region bei der Erreichung ihres Rentabilitätsziels
- Teilnahme an Messen oder Veranstaltungen in der Region sowie Unterstützung der regionalen Aktivitäten

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Erforderlich sind mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (vorzugsweise in Elektronik oder Mechatronik oder einer gleichwertigen Disziplin) und mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in einer vertriebsunterstützenden Funktion für technische Produkte. Affinität zu Wirtschaft und Finanzen. Frühere Erfahrungen in der industriellen Automatisierungsbranche sind von Vorteil.
- Erstklassige zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, leistungsstarke Teams aufzubauen und zu motivieren, ausgeprägter kaufmännischer Scharfsinn mit strategischer Denkweise, offene und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Hervorragende analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Kundenorientierter Ansatz, intuitiv und reaktionsschnell.
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck Prioritäten zu setzen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office. SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Bereitschaft, bis zu 40% zu reisen
