Principal Software Engineer with Solution Architect background

Job Description

You will:

  • Contribute to our product's impact, enabling digital transformation for well-known companies and promising startups. You will assist in the discovery and analysis of cloud metrics & logs.
  • Ensure our product provides actionable insights, not just data, to help customers navigate and understand their complex cloud solutions.
  • Develop solutions within the Dynatrace product for cloud observability.
  • Collaborate on integrating our product with cloud technologies, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with an international team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a software product company.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Certification as AWS Solution Architect Associate & Professional or equivalent in other clouds, or relevant expertise.
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles and challenges, with experience in these areas considered a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with application/system monitoring configuration using various monitoring solutions, commercial tools, or native platform options.
  • Passion for delivering cloud observability solutions.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and Bash for code reviews and ensuring cloud integration and coding best practices.

Compensation and rewards
