IHRE AUFGABEN
- Begleitung des jährlichen, gruppenweiten Planungsprozesses in inhaltlicher und methodischer Sicht
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Erstellung und Konsolidierung der Gruppenplanung
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung des Berichtswesens, insbesondere desgruppenweiten Management Informations Systems
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle mit Tochtergesellschaften
- Koordination und Durchführung von abteilungsübergreifenden Datenabfragen
- Pflege und Bearbeitung von Datenbanken
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Marktanalysen und Ad-Hoc Report Erstellungen
- PLANNING AND CONTROLLING

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), MS Power BI- und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis
- Genaue, detaillierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.138,19 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
