Your Challenge

We have achieved a lot in our first ten years and want to achieve much more. The

Your Mission

  • As the head of our global controlling team, you are responsible for the
    strategic development of global controlling; we place great emphasis on helping to shape this development
  • You
    lead and develop a dedicated team, always in line with our corporate values

    forecasts, budgeting, target/actual comparisons & the preparation of monthly reports:

Data management is an integral part of this role: you know how to ensure
high quality and effective processing:

    establish good and trustful cooperation with our departments on an international level in the form of business partnership
  • We are a dynamic company, with a lot going on, so you will also have an eye on the
    continuous development and improvement of processes and tools

Your Skills

  • You have a
    degree in business administration:

  • Several years of experience in finance are required

UGB knowledge is a must, IFRS an advantage
-
Strong IT and data management affinity is important for this position
, if you can handle Microsoft D365 and PowerBI, we are thrilled
-
Very good German and English skills, our daily work is bilingual

For this position, we offer you a
gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an
appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.

Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 5.000 auf Vollzeitbasis. Wir berücksichtigen natürlich deine individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen und sind zu einer entsprechenden
Überzahlung bereit. Details besprechen wir dann gerne persönlich.
