Your tasks:

  • Performing all IT activities and duties in the area of responsibility in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, SOPs, guidelines, rules of procedure, by laws and compliance rules.
  • Reports to Regional GIS Head and manages all customer related activities assigned to his/her functional area of responsibility
  • Executes legal/formal aspects for disciplinary line
  • Takes ownership for roles according to the Self Similar Structure principle in case the roles are not assigned to employees
  • Ensuring operational IT security and IT compliance
  • Planning and responsibility for the budget for the IT infrastructure
  • Responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of the service delivery function within an ITIL derived framework

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical and business experience as well as leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
  • Good knowledge and experience of network, cloud and server
- and client environments

  • A good understanding of commercial processes, in particular procurement processes, budget planning and IT strategy development is necessary
  • Understand new complex situations easily and have a consultative and coaching approach
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; any other language is a plus
  • Experience in the harmonization and integration of organizations with multinational locations is desirable
  • Proven experience in the area of ITSM and knowledge of the processes of service mgmt. (ITIL)
