Das sind Sie:

- Als Mitglied des globalen People & Culture Teams unterstützen Sie die Einführungen, Fortführung sowie kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Compensation & Benefits / Reward Prozesse und Programme wie z. B., Stellenbewertung (Job Architecture), jährliche globale Lohnrunde, interne und externe Gehalts
- oder Vergütungsstudien (Benchmarking), Bonusprogramme usw.
- Sie betreuen unsere Vergütungsmodule im IT - System und stellen die benötigte Datenqualität sicher.
- Unser globales Mobility-Programm (z. B. Auslandsentsendungen) mit internen und externen Partnern wird von Ihnen koordiniert.
- Ihre Ideen sind gefragt bei der Zusammenstellung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Benefits-Portfolios.
- Freuen Sie sich auf die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren People & Culture Managern, deren Kompetenzaufbau im Bereich Reward Sie ebenfalls unterstützen werden.
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für externe Dienstleistende, Behörden, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende.

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits oder vergleichbaren Bereichen.
- Sehr gute Software-Anwendungsfähigkeiten (u.a. Excel, Powerpoint, Word) und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in HR-Cloudsystemen, wie z.B. SuccessFactors oder Workday
- Dynamische, lösungsorientierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität, selbstbewusstem Auftreten und unternehmerischem Denken.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
