Innovation, unconventional ideas, pushing boundaries, and contributing to solving intricate issues.What?We are hiring Product Managers on an as-needed basis year-round within one of our four sales channels: Pharmacy, Consumer Products, Luxury, or Professional Products for our Austrian Market, located in Vienna.As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with your supervisor to steer the local business strategy for your brand or category, driving consumer base growth, market share, sales, and profits.Key responsibilities include:
  • You analyze pertinent market data and leverage it, considering current trends, to generate relevant consumer insights.
  • Based on this, you will shape the direction of your brand/category, craft disruptive integrated marketing campaigns, and exhibit robust retail, shopper expertise, and digital know-how.
  • You handle your campaigns with professionalism, flexibility, and sustainability.
  • You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, engaging and managing stakeholders internally and externally. You enjoy sharing best practices and elevating them.
  • This role does not involve leadership responsibilities.
Your profile
  • Minimum - years of relevant product management experience
  • You keenly observe trends, new products, and consumer behavior, enjoying the rapid pace and dynamics of our industry
  • You demonstrate a solid entrepreneurial mindset and acute business acumen. You set ambitious goals, work diligently towards them, and display excellent prioritization.
  • You excel in analysis, foresee challenges in advance, and strive for optimal solutions. Adapting to new topics quickly and providing well-founded solutions to complex problems comes naturally to you.
  • You are a fountain of fresh, innovative ideas, capable of drawing connections between seemingly unrelated concepts.
  • In your interactions with stakeholders, you swiftly find common ground, resolving issues for everyone's benefit. Your colleagues trust and support you, recognizing you as a team player.
  • Proficiency in German language at C level is a must
