**Teamleiter Production Quality (all genders)**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Führung des Teams Production Quality (zirka 10 MitarbeiterInnen)
- Sicherstellung der Produktionsqualität am Standort (serienbegleitende
- Prüfungen, Analyse von Produktionsdaten, SPC, Fehleranalyse, Risikoanalysen)
- Qualitätsvorausplanung, Prüfmittelverwaltung
Qualifikation neuer und geänderter
Produkte, sowie Produktionsprozesse
- Erstellen von System Dokumenten wie Produktionslenkungsplänen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Prüfanweisungen
- leitende Rolle im Fehlerbehandlungsprozess, Bearbeitung interner Reklamationen, Schnittstelle bei externen und Lieferantenreklamationen
- Erhebung und Entwicklung von Kennzahlen, internes Reporting, sowie Reporting an das mittlere Managemen

**Wir erwarten**:

- Abgeschlossene technisches Ausbildung
(FH/Universität, bei entsprechender Erfahrung/Weiterbildung auch Matura denkbar)
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement-Bereich
(idealer Weise anerkannte Qualifikationen
im Bereich ISO 9001/IATF 16949)
- Erfahrung im Automotive Bereich von Vorteil
- Idealer Weise erste Führungserfahrung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Anwendung in
der Analyse großer Datenmengen (Excel,
Datenbanken)
- MS-Office, SAP, Projektplanungstools
- Kommunikationsstark, motivierend, Organisationstalent
- Förderung der eigenen MitarbeiterInnen,
Entwicklung eines diversen Teams
- Belastbar, flexibel, offen für Veränderungen
- Lösungsorientiert, leidenschaftlich, verantwortungsvoll

**Wir bieten**:
Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches und herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet und die Einbindung in ein erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen mit gutem Arbeitsklima. Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 4.200,00 lt. KV für die Metalltechnische Industrie (FMTI) mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
