These are your tasks

  • As an intern within our finance team, you will support in the daily monitoring of the financial activity, particularly during the following missions:
  • Monthly reporting operations to the group:
  • Support on the communication of volumes and financial elements, account analysis, cost control and variance analysis
  • Support on ad hoc strategic and financial analyses for management and sales/marketing teams
  • Participation in the financial cycle on the cash side (quarterly reports)
  • Participation in the budget process (depending on the period) as well as in the annual budget revision process
  • Optimization of existing dashboards by increasing their automation
  • Active contribution to the various digitalization initiatives of the department

What you will learn from this internship:

  • Financial management of an operational entity
  • Use of tools, notably ERP (JDE), reporting and consolidation tools (HFM/Prisma/Polaris)
  • Immersion in the life of the subsidiary
These are your skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Business school specialized in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
  • First experience in a similar field and a good command of computer tools, in particular Excel and Powerpoint (an appetence for Power BI and VBA programming is a plus)
  • Rigorous, organized, detailoriented and have good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to manage relations with multiple interlocutors in a multicultural context
