We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR & Talent Intern (f/m/d) who is eager to gain valuable HR experience and contribute to organizing employee events.

Aufgaben

As an HR & Talent intern (f/m/d) at Grassfish, you will have the chance to apply your knowledge or interest in HR practices and gain insights into our daily operations.

  • Engage with the operational and strategic aspects of an HR department within a dynamic global tech company
  • Once acquainted, take on administrative tasks and participate in the entire employee lifecycle
  • Showcase your event organizing skills by managing our winter party, the Grassfish Olympics, and potentially more events
Qualifikation

Internships for us are an opportunity to introduce fresh perspectives, expand interest in the company, and nurture future talents with a steep learning curve. Despite the short duration, you can truly make a difference. Fluency in German and a good command of English are essential. Experience in organizing events, even if limited to private gatherings, is a plus.

Due to legal regulations, we are required to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which aligns with the collective agreement at €1,198 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). The total compensation package varies depending on whether it is a mandatory internship (please specify this in your application) or a summer internship.
