**Unser Traineeprogramm**
- Du kannst für die Dauer von 24 Monaten (ab Oktober 2023 in Wien und Orth) nonstop Neues kennenlernen, wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln und an vielfältigen Aufgaben wachsen
- Nach dem Onboarding gewinnst du einen ersten Einblick in unsere Produktion - auch im Schichtbetrieb (Dauer ca. 6-8 Wochen)
- Weiter geht es mit Rotationen und eigenen Projekten in unterschiedliche Bereiche, wie z.B. Manufacturing, Qualitätsmanagement, Validierung, Engineering, Labor oder Plasmagewinnung
- Schnittstellen von der Produktionslinie bis zum Top-Management, mitunter auch in unserem internationalen Netzwerk ermöglichen dir einen tiefen holistischen Einblick
- Gezielte Weiterbildungen, sowie Coaching, helfen dir dabei die nötigen Skills als Future Leader bei Takeda durchzustarten
- Des Weiteren hast du die Möglichkeit, dich für Themen, die dir wichtig sind, im Unternehmen zu engagieren. Dazu zählen u.a. Sustainability, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
**Bringst Du folgende Skills und Erfahrungen mit?**
- Du hast einen Maturaabschluss oder eine höhere Ausbildung, ideal mit naturwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Erste Arbeits
- und/oder Führungserfahrung sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Du bist digital native und hast die Fähigkeit, Komplexes zu vereinfachen.
- Erfahrung auf den Gebieten Robotik oder Automatisierung ist ein großer Pluspunkt
- Dir liegt es, den Lead zu übernehmen, um im Team nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln

**Das bieten wir Dir**:
Für diese wertvolle und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.557,47 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie).
