Das Team Banking Services betreut unsere Bestands- und Neukund:innen und verantwortet sämtliche Services im Customer-Life-Cycle. Mit deiner Freundlichkeit und deiner hohen Serviceorientierung verstärkst du perfekt unser Team.

Dein neuer Job
  • Du unterstützt die Abteilung Anti Financial Crime bei der Überprüfung der für Geldwäsche relevanten Daten (KYC-Check) und klärst eventuelle Probleme direkt mit unseren Kund:innen
  • Du besprichst im Rahmen des Fraud Managements telefonisch mit unseren Kund:innen als Risiko eingestufte Transaktionen
  • Du veranlasst bei Verdacht auf Missbrauch den Austausch der Kreditkarte
  • Du kümmerst dich im Betrugsfall um die Ausstellung der Gutschrift sowie den Versand des Infoschreibens an Kunden
  • Du stimmst dich mit unserem internationalen Partner ab und leitest das Dispute-Verfahren ein
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen
Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn ...
  • du über ein kfm. Ausbildung oder Matura verfügst und z.B. neben deinem Studium berufliche Schritte in einer modernen Digitalbank setzen möchtest.
  • du idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistung mitbringst.
  • du gerne telefonierst, ein Gespür für auffällige Vorgänge hast und verdächtigen Vorgängen gerne auf den Grund gehst.
  • du ein großes Interesse für digitale Bankprodukte mitbringst.
  • du neben den klassischen MS Office-Kenntnissen über solide Englischkenntnisse verfügst.
  • dein Motto lautet "Kund:innen zuerst" und du immer passende Lösungen parat hast.
  • du gerne in einem motivierten Team mitarbeitest und du durch deine positive Art das Team bereicherst.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Dein Gehalt Deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen entspricht. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das KV-Mindestgehalt (KV Banken und Bankiers/Gruppe C) von EUR 2806,09 brutto pro Monat (ohne Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten auf Basis eines Vollzeitgehalts) hin.
