As a Head of Desk HR Analytics (all genders), you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data driven decision making when it comes to people.

In this role you will be working in the Group Remuneration & Reporting department, that is part of the Group People & Culture division.


Your Tasks:

  • Monitoring different HR processes and data to continuously improve existing and develop new HR metrics
- aiming to create added value for business and good basis for data driven decisions. Focus on descriptive as well as predictive analytics.

  • Partnering with various stakeholders to identify key questions where data driven decision making could bring the biggest value
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business
  • Developing and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Taking care about user experience of management, as the most important customer
  • Coordinating HR Analytics groupwide, providing a good basis for internal benchmarking
  • Preparation of regular reports following the existing methodology
  • Developing suggestions and concrete measures for improvement and address different topics to the relevant stakeholders
  • Aligning with HR Admins (EGS HR) to ensure data maintenance is in line with defined HR metrics

What you'll bring with you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Relevant experience in data analysis & data transformation (Excel, Databricks, SQL, Python)
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with regression, correlation, and predictive analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP HR and knowledge of Banking Operations, products and processes are of advantage
