Life as a Growth Manager:


You are a tech-savvy and data-driven person with a firm understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


You are a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about testing and learning from results, and has a passion for translating insights into high-growth strategies.


Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Use Google Analytics 4 to monitor and analyze user behaviour across various websites and ecommerce platforms.
  • Deploy Google Tag Manager to enhance tracking configurations for Google Analytics 4 and various advertising platforms including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Leverage tools such as Hotjar or equivalent to conduct comprehensive website analysis using heatmaps, scrollmaps, and session recordings.
  • Independently set up and manage advertising campaigns on various platforms.
  • Compile and present clear, concise reports providing insights into client websites, and propose datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Extensive familiarity with Hotjar or comparable tools for website analysis.
  • Profound understanding of advertising platforms, including the ability to autonomously establish and manage campaigns.
  • Adept knowledge of UX/UI design best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights and recommendations to clients and team members.
  • Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
