Zum Erhalt und Ausbau der Innovations
- und Technologieführerschaft suchen wir Sie ab sofort als **Head of Technology (m/w/d)**.

In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Ausrichtung der Technologieentwicklung an der Unternehmensstrategie. Neben dem Aufbau und der Organisation dieses neuen Bereiches liegt die Definition und Implementierung künftiger Kerntechnologien in Ihrer Verantwortung.

Für die Umsetzung dieser Ziele suchen wir eine neue Leitung für den Bereich Technology, die auch für den Aufbau und die Organisation des Bereiches zuständig ist.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen darüber hinaus:

- Identifikation, Bewertung, Erprobung und Implementierung von zukunftsrelevanten Technologien hinsichtlich Material, Automatisierung und Bauprozessen
- Aufbau eines Netzwerkes zur kooperativen Technologieentwicklung mit relevanten Instituten und Entwicklungspartnern
- Erstellung eines Workflows zur Technologie-Früherkennung
- Erarbeitung von Technologie
- und Wettbewerbsstrategien
- Erstellung von Technologie-Roadmaps
- Definition, Implementierung und ständige Verbesserung des Technologieentwicklungsprozesses
- Darstellung von Nutzen/Risiken zur Entscheidungsfindung in Zukunftsinvestitionen
- Sicherstellen von Target Costing und Time-To-Technology
- Verantwortung über die Erstellung von Prototypen, von der Ideengenerierung, Tests und Versuchen bis hin zur Vorserienreife
- Generierung von Schutzrechten

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Führungspraxis in der Technologieentwicklung, Innovationsmanagement oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Fundierte Projektmanagement-Skills
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
