- Verwaltung der eingehenden Verträge (Englisch)
- Monitoring der anstehenden Reports und Erstellung von Lizenzabrechnungen
- Regelmäßige Kontenklärung der Partner-Accounts
- Bearbeitung von Quellensteuerthemen
- Laufenden und direkten Kontakt zu unseren internationalen Partnern
- Integration neuer Tochtergesellschaften
- Selbständige Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
- Datenaufbereitung für den Monatsabschluss und Erstellung diverser Berichte

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HLW)
- Buchhalterisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Detailorientiertes und analytisches Urteilsvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, organisierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gewissenhafter und sorgfältiger Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sowie Einhaltung von Deadlines
- Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
