What you'll do at UiPath:

  • As a Product Management Director for UiPath Test Suite, you will ideate with customers the capabilities that drive continuous testing and build strategic partnerships with Clevel technology and innovation executives. You will help discover, define, and validate product capabilities and partner with other PMs and the Software Engineering team to bring capabilities to life.
  • Identify new "white space" and influence business goals and longterm strategy for UiPath Test Suite.
  • Provide thought leadership and identify transformational trends in the software testing industry and act as the go to person and trusted advisor for our GTM team and customers.
  • Advise GTM organization on the right organization structure and sales plays to execute
  • Ability to synthesize input across functions and represent input from sales, marketing, strategy, and product leaders in formulating the business requirements and goals.
What you'll bring to the team:

  • Aptitude and passion for product led innovation
  • Proven track record of shipping commercially successful products
  • Demonstrate customer focus and analytical skills
  • Deep domain expertise in continuous testing trends and processes (10+ years)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive data and customer driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience or knowledge in software development processes and related fields
