Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

You'll have full control over the Owned Media tool landscape that supports and Red bull TV, including their application and operations at both local and international levels. As the overseer of resources, you'll ensure that all product and operational needs are optimized for local and international teams.

In your daily tasks, you'll handle product briefings and check-ins, making sure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed. Keeping affected teams updated on progress will be part of your role. You'll act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding owned product development from any business stakeholders.

TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

You'll oversee the technical aspects of Red and Red Bull TV, guaranteeing the smooth integration of all updates and functionalities. Your focus will be on streamlining workflows for content creation, approval, and publication to enhance efficiency. Implementing best practices for website management and content lifecycle under your guidance will be crucial. Continuously assessing and enhancing processes is vital to boost both efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring seamless and efficient workflows for operations among key business teams handling owned tools and products will be among your responsibilities.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT & USER EXPERIENCE

You'll concentrate on optimizing the user experience to ensure easy navigation and information accessibility for visitors. Supervising the publication, editing, and generation of Red and Red Bull TV content, including global campaign masters and product pages.

COLLABORATION

You'll collaborate closely with product and service teams to guarantee that Red and Red Bull TV support broader business initiatives. Coordinating external resources and freelancers will be a core responsibility. Fostering communication between teams to ensure website content and strategy alignment and consistency are essential. Providing guidance and updates on tools and releases to local teams, supporting them in their publication processes. Initiating and overseeing new projects will include involving all relevant stakeholders in the input phase and ensuring all requirements are captured when the project commences with technical teams.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, with SEO expertise.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with product development and engineering teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and environments.
  • Advanced problems solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and efficient time management.
  • Team-player mindset, Naturally inquisitive and eager to comprehend our users' unique requirements and obstacles.
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
Additional Information

Due to legal constraints, we are required to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.392 gross per month. Nonetheless, our competitive compensation package is tailored to market-driven salaries and significantly exceeds the mentioned minimum salary.
