Your Role in Our Journey
- Develop and implement persuasive sales pitches to reengage customers who have stopped their contracts.
- Reactivate churned customers and encourage them to start again with new packages.
- Identify and retain customers at risk of churning, and collect outstanding payments from them.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback to improve our products and services.
- Engage in negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with team members, share insights and strategies, and foster a supportive work environment.
- Demonstrate alignment with the company's culture and values in all interactions, promoting a positive image of the company.
