Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to win back customers who have canceled their subscriptions.
  • Re-engage with past customers to encourage them to resume services with new offerings.
  • Identify customers at risk of leaving, recover outstanding payments, and prevent churn.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, gather feedback for product improvement, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Negotiate with customers to find win-win solutions that enhance satisfaction and meet company goals.
  • Collaborate with team members, share insights, and create a supportive work environment.
  • Exhibit company values in all interactions, maintaining a positive company image.
Qualifications
  • Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving retention and revenue targets through strategic sales approaches.
  • Solution-Driven and Proactive: Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset to find effective resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Proactively address customer needs, gather feedback, and enhance services.
  • Effective Negotiation Skills: Secure mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • German Fluency: Proficiency in German is required for customer interactions.
  • Experience in a B2C environment is advantageous.
