The people at Polestar believe in our sustainable mission to the planet, but we also care about building sustainable relationships with our customers.

The Global Customer Care team is in an exciting phase of developing a new in-house function - our very own Customer Care Center This function will work both directly with customers, as well as with third parties representing Polestar, to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need through the channel that best suits them.

We are looking for multiple () service minded Customer Care Advisors who will be working in this new in-house function from the very beginning.


We love spending time together and learning from each other - we therefore invite you to work from our new office located in Vienna, Austria.

The opening hours of our Customer Care Center will initially operate during Monday to Friday :00.

As the centre grows, shift patterns will be introduced across wider opening hours to Monday through Thursday , Friday , and Saturday Together with your new colleagues, you will inaugurate this new office and set the bar for success within the service delivery towards our customers.


What you'll do


In this new role, you will provide excellent customer service through building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with potential, current and previous Polestar customers.

Since the team is in a scale-up phase, you will have a dedicated area within customer care where you can thrive and develop into your full potential.

The role includes being a first point of contact for our customers, where you will focus on one or several of these areas in accordance with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process:

  • Handle inquiries and comments on social media activities by communicating in line with company guidelines


For example, you might support customers through the buying process, be the first line of complaint resolution, or provide customers with product information.

You will work closely with internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers.


During the first weeks of your employment, you will have an induction period where you will learn about your role, your team and the _Polestar way_.

After completing this, you will be a part of a training and development program, which is an on-going opportunity to learn and grow in skills - we believe in a culture of coaching and development for all people joining.

You are immaculate in listening and have an enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.

Your passion for EV and our planet surges through your communication into providing energetic and positive customer service.

In addition to this, you are resilient, motivated with attention to detail and the promise to deliver qualitative work thanks to your good time management skills.

Further on, we are searching for you who have:

  • Completed studies on a GCSE/high school-level or higher
  • Good IT and computer understanding within software/technology as well as understanding the digital landscape and able to communicate according to company guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
