We are looking for an experienced and motivated Country Outlet Area Manager to manage and develop our outlet business in Poland

COUNTRY OUTLET AREA MANAGER (M/W/O)

POLEN

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for sales and budget planning and implementation
  • Implementation and execution of strategies to increase sales and optimize the outlet business across the country
  • Observation of the competition and derivation of measures for competitive improvement
  • Identify and evaluate new locations in Poland to expand the outlet business
  • Plan and implement expansion strategies, including overseeing permitting, construction processes, and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with headquarters to ensure all expansions comply with company policies and standards#
  • Lead and develop the team and promote a positive work culture
  • Work closely with the Retail Manager in Austria and with the Retail
  • Outlet business team in Denmark to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management ideally in a regional position
  • Excellent operational knowledge of the outlet market in Poland
  • Understanding of key KPIs such as sales, GM, cost percentages and inventory turns and ability to optimize processes based on these KPIs
  • Indepth knowledge of people & lead performance to effectively lead and motivate teams
  • High level of initiative, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Successoriented mindset with proven track record in driving revenue and handling challenges
  • Handson mentality, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a creative and dynamic environment
  • High willingness to travel domestically and abroad
  • Fluency in English and Polish to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
