Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Identifizierung von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten am lokalen Markt und deren Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmenszentrale.
  • Finanzmanagement, Marktanalyse, Kundenpräferenzen und Trends erkennen, um effektive Entscheidungen treffen zu können.
  • Management und Aufbau eines lokalen Teams inklusive Rekrutierung, Training und Evaluierung.
  • Überwachung der Compliance Richtlinien und Berichterstattung der KPIs an den CEO.

Anforderungen:

  • Kreativität, kaufmännisches Verständnis, strategisches Mindset und idealerweise ein entsprechendes Studium (Uni, FH).
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Wachstumsstrategien, besonders im FMCG-Bereich.
  • Tiefes Wissen über Geschäftsprozesse, Finanzen, Sales & Marketing und die Anforderungen des österreichischen Marktes.
  • Reisebereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.
