As facilitators, we provide crucial support to ÖBB companies in areas such as human resources, IT, finance, and accounting.

Your Tasks

Take the lead in developing detailed technical designs for a major ServiceNow implementation project. Act as a trusted advisor for roadmap planning and prioritizing product backlog. Design robust architectural solutions to meet diverse requirements effectively. Translate technical and functional needs into actionable items in the product backlog. Collaborate with various stakeholders including external partners and internal teams to implement ServiceNow applications. Offer guidance and assistance to ServiceNow administrators and developers.

Your Profile

Hold a degree in computer science, informatics, or related fields with over 3 years of experience in ServiceNow, possessing in-depth knowledge of the platform and its applications. Strong expertise in ServiceNow solution design, architecture, integrations, and workflows development. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and extensive administration experience. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies, agile practices, and working in collaborative teams. Possessing ServiceNow or ITIL certification would be a bonus. Fluent in English with basic German language skills.
