Job Description

You will drive new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. Achieving this involves account and territory planning, prospect research, implementing business development strategies, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.

What you will do in this role:

  • Build relationships with various C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Lead client relationship mapping to the account team, devising an account strategy while coordinating with a diverse virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a reliable advisor to customers by grasping their business needs and recommending how ServiceNow can aid in their IT roadmap
  • Identify the appropriate specialist/support resources to involve in a deal, at the right timing
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in a software or solutions sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability in building trust with current and potential clients and other teams
  • Proven track record in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong C-Level relationships
  • Understanding of the broader picture and our IT-related strategies
  • Experience in advocating a customer success focus within a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Proficiency in German and English
