Job Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive for CEE regions, you will oversee a diverse clientele across various industries.
  • Working in a thriving region including countries like the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and others, you'll need a strategic approach to both hunting and farming.
  • We emphasize strong partnerships and seizing business opportunities, striving to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborating with different sectors and leveraging the expertise of the solution consulting team, your role is crucial in delivering outstanding outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the region, prior experience in the CEE market, or proficiency in regional languages would significantly boost your success in this role.
  • Experience in software sales and navigating complex organizational structures is vital for this position, driving new business revenue through SaaS models.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop relationships with key C-suite personas across various product sales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on how ServiceNow can elevate their IT strategies.
  • Identify and engage specialist resources at the right stages of a deal.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English, additional CEE language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in building relationships, closing deals, and sustaining C-Level partnerships.
  • An understanding of our IT plans and the ability to promote a customer success-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and a valid work permit for Austria is required.
