Job Description

Be located in Vienna.
As an Enterprise Account Executive for CEE countries, manage a variety of clients in different industries.

The CEE region, including the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Balkans, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, excludes Poland and the Baltics but includes Greece.

This is a lively area showing rapid growth, demanding a proactive approach with strong customer management skills. We prioritize collaboration with partners and focus on seizing business opportunities to meet our goals.

You will work across sectors, engaging all customers and closely cooperating with the solution consulting team for best results.

Familiarity with the region, previous CEE experience, or language skills relevant to these areas would boost your success chances and be highly appreciated.

Background in software sales and experience in similar matrix sales environments are vital for this role. Generate new sales revenue following a SaaS model. This involves account and territory planning, prospect research, business development strategies, and field sales activities.

What you will do in this role:

  • Build relationships with various C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Manage client relationships with the account team, coordinating an account strategy across a diverse virtual team
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and suggesting how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap
  • Identify appropriate support resources to involve in deals at the right time
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you possess:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in software OR solutions sales
  • Proficient in English & any CEE language is a plus
  • Experience building trust with clients and teams
  • Track record of generating new business, negotiating deals, and managing C-Level relationships
  • A grasp of the broader IT landscape and strategies
  • Promotion of customer success in a collaborative environment
  • Ready for up to 50% travel
  • Valid work permit for Austria
