**Verantwortungsbereich**:
Führung und Entwicklung des Accounting Teams
Aufbereitung von Monats
- Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen für UGB und US-GAAP inkl. Reporting
Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der US-GAAP und UGB Richtlinien
Zuständig für die Richtigkeit der Bücher
Unterstützung des Finance Director und Zusammenarbeit bei Projekten und Reportings

**Payroll**: Verantwortlich für Daten Upload und Abstimmung in Koordination mit Finance Director und HR
Verantwortlich für SOX, Policies, Systemumstellungen und Prozesse
Schnittstelle zu TP Provider für Accounting in Rumänien und Indien, sowie den Estée Lauder Companies Regional Process Ownern

**Anforderungsprofil**:
HAK/HAS Abschluss, Bilanzbuchhalterausbildung und/oder adäquate kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting inkl. Reporting
US-GAAP- und internationale Konzernerfahrung
SAP- und ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Excel)
Führungserfahrung und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen der Organisation
Zuverlässigkeit und genaue Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, mündlich und schriftlich
Integre Persönlichkeit

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt (Kollektivvertrag für allgemeinen Groß- und Kleinhandel) von €2.805,00 Brutto/Vollzeit pro Monat. Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation, wird natürlich geboten. Zudem erwarten Sie attraktive Benefits.
